Datenschutzerklärung App „MyDay“

MyDay speichert alle Eingaben ausschließlich auf deinem iPhone. Es gibt kein Konto, keinen Server, kein Tracking und keine Weitergabe an Dritte.

Diese Datenschutzerklärung gilt für die iOS-App „MyDay: Deine Routine im Alltag“ (im Folgenden „App“). Für die Website vasilidesign.com gilt deren eigene Datenschutzerklärung.
2. Welche Daten die App verarbeitet
Die App verarbeitet nur Angaben, die du selbst eingibst. Sie werden ausschließlich lokal auf deinem iPhone gespeichert und nicht an uns oder Dritte übertragen. Wir haben keinen Zugriff darauf.

Die Stimmungs- und Energieangaben sind freiwillig. Sie verlassen dein Gerät nicht und werden nicht ausgewertet, außer für die Anzeige in der App selbst.
Rechtsgrundlage: Soweit überhaupt eine Verarbeitung durch uns vorläge, erfolgt sie zur Bereitstellung der von dir gewünschten Funktionen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) bzw. auf Grundlage deiner Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a, Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a DSGVO). Das Speichern auf deinem Gerät ist für die von dir genutzten Funktionen unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG).
3. Kalenderzugriff und Mitteilungen
Kalender (optional). Wenn du im Tab „Schlaf“ die Funktion „iPhone-Kalender“ einschaltest, fragt iOS dich um Erlaubnis. Erst danach liest die App Termine aus deinem Kalender, um Wecker- und Schlafenszeit nach dem ersten Termin am nächsten Morgen zu berechnen und Termine in der Kalenderansicht anzuzeigen. Die App liest nur, sie legt keine Termine an und ändert oder löscht nichts. Die Termine werden nur auf dem Gerät verarbeitet, nicht dauerhaft in der App gespeichert und nicht übertragen. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Du kannst sie jederzeit in den iPhone-Einstellungen unter Datenschutz & Sicherheit › Kalender widerrufen.
Mitteilungen (optional). Erinnerungen, etwa an deine Morgenroutine, Deadlines oder die Schlafenszeit, plant die App als lokale Mitteilungen direkt auf deinem iPhone. Es wird kein Push-Server genutzt, und es werden keine Gerätekennungen an uns übermittelt. Du kannst Mitteilungen in der App einzeln oder in den iPhone-Einstellungen unter Mitteilungen › MyDay ganz abschalten.
4. Kein Tracking, keine Werbung, keine Weitergabe
Die App enthält keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Tools, keine Werbung, keine Cookies und keine Software von Drittanbietern. Sie stellt selbst keine Verbindung zum Internet her. Es findet keine Weitergabe an Dritte und keine Übermittlung in Drittländer durch uns statt.
Apple als Plattform. Die App wird über den App Store von Apple bereitgestellt. Für den Download, Updates und deine Apple-ID ist Apple selbst verantwortlich; es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Hast du in den iPhone-Einstellungen zugestimmt, „Mit App-Entwicklern teilen“, stellt Apple uns anonymisierte Absturzberichte und zusammengefasste Nutzungsstatistiken bereit, die keinen Rückschluss auf deine Person zulassen. Die Daten der App können außerdem in deinem iCloud- oder Computer-Backup enthalten sein, wenn du Backups nutzt; das steuerst du selbst in den Einstellungen deines iPhones.
5. Speicherdauer, Löschung und deine Rechte
Deine Daten bleiben auf deinem iPhone, bis du sie löschst. In der App kannst du unter „Verlauf“ › „Alle Aufgaben löschen“ deine Aufgaben, Punkte und Einträge entfernen. Wenn du die App löschst, werden alle in ihr gespeicherten Daten vollständig vom Gerät entfernt.
Da wir keine Daten von dir erhalten, können wir dir dazu keine Auskunft geben und nichts löschen; du hast jederzeit selbst volle Kontrolle. Unabhängig davon hast du nach der DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21) sowie das Recht, eine Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft zu widerrufen (Art. 7 Abs. 3). Wende dich dafür an die oben genannte Kontaktadresse.
Du hast außerdem das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren (Art. 77 DSGVO). Zuständig für uns ist: Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte, Maternistraße 17, 01067 Dresden, www.datenschutz.sachsen.de.
Änderungen. Wir passen diese Datenschutzerklärung an, wenn sich die App oder die Rechtslage ändert. Es gilt die jeweils aktuelle Fassung unter dieser Adresse.

This privacy policy applies to the iOS app “MyDay” (the “app”). The website vasilidesign.com has its own privacy policy.
2. What data the app processes
The app only processes information you enter yourself. It is stored solely on your iPhone and is not transmitted to us or to third parties. We have no access to it.

Mood and energy entries are optional. They never leave your device and are not analysed, apart from being shown in the app itself.
Legal basis: to the extent any processing by us takes place at all, it serves to provide the features you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). Storing data on your device is strictly necessary for the features you use (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
3. Calendar access and notifications
Calendar (optional). When you turn on “iPhone calendar” in the Sleep tab, iOS asks for your permission. Only then does the app read appointments from your calendar to calculate your alarm and bedtime from the first appointment the next morning and to show appointments in the calendar view. The app only reads; it does not create, change or delete anything. Appointments are processed on the device only, are not permanently stored by the app and are not transmitted. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Calendars.
Notifications (optional). Reminders, for example for your morning routine, deadlines or bedtime, are scheduled as local notifications directly on your iPhone. No push server is used and no device identifiers are sent to us. You can turn notifications off individually in the app or completely in iPhone Settings › Notifications › MyDay.
4. No tracking, no ads, no sharing
The app contains no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising, no cookies and no third-party software. It does not connect to the internet itself. We do not share data with third parties or transfer data to third countries.
Apple as platform. The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple is responsible for downloads, updates and your Apple ID; Apple's privacy policy applies. If you have agreed to “Share with App Developers” in your iPhone settings, Apple provides us with anonymised crash reports and aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you. App data may also be included in your iCloud or computer backup if you use backups; you control this in your iPhone settings.
5. Retention, deletion and your rights
Your data stays on your iPhone until you delete it. In the app you can remove your tasks, points and entries under “History” › “Delete all tasks”. Deleting the app removes all data stored in it from your device.
Since we receive no data from you, we cannot provide information about it or delete anything; you are always in full control yourself. Regardless of this, under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Changes. We update this privacy policy when the app or the legal situation changes. The current version at this address applies.
