2. No data collection by the app Deck 8 does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. The app requires no user account, does not connect to the internet and contains no ads and no analytics, tracking or third-party services.

3. Settings stored locally Game settings (volume, control sensitivity, whether the tutorial has been shown) are stored only locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the app. We have no access to it.

4. Apple App Store The app is downloaded, purchased and updated through the App Store operated by Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland. Apple processes the data involved (e.g. Apple ID, payment details) under its own responsibility; we do not receive any personal data. Apple's privacy policy applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ If you have agreed in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple provides us with anonymised, aggregated usage and crash statistics. These do not allow us to identify individual users. You can withdraw this consent at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

5. Contact by email If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte), Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, Germany.

7. Changes We will update this privacy policy if the app or the legal situation changes.
